Charter of New Generation AI Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to build the technological innovation chain of the artificial intelligence industry and support the application of artificial intelligence technology in various industries, the Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance was established.
Article 2 The name of this Alliance: “新一代人工智能产业技术创新战略联盟”, English Name: Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the AI Alliance, or AITISA). The Alliance is a non-governmental, non-profit, and self-regulatory organization.
Article 3 The legal entity on which the Alliance is based is Zhongguancun Audio-Visual Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. The address is Room 515, Peony Venture Building, No, 2 Huayuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing.
Article 4 Grounded on AI technology resources and industrial environment in China, the Alliance gathers industry, university, research, application, capital and service organizations in AI field. Its basic vision is to establish an AI technology innovation ecosystem.
Article 5 The Alliance is a professional alliance in the field of artificial intelligence established on the basis of the AVS Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and accepts the guidance and supervision of relevant departments.
Article 6 The scope of work of the Alliance includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Promote the research and development of key common technologies in the field of artificial intelligence, and establish and improve the artificial intelligence standard system;
(2) Promote the application and promotion of artificial intelligence technology, products and services in key industries;
(3) Promote the establishment of artificial intelligence industry investment funds to provide investment services for outstanding projects in the field of artificial intelligence;
(4) Organize major events in the field of artificial intelligence to promote domestic and international cooperation and exchanges;
(5) Organize the talent pool of artificial intelligence, carry out strategic and subject research in the field of artificial intelligence, and issue reports on artificial intelligence industry;
(6) Establish a technological innovation base for artificial intelligence industry to speed up the industrial development.
